My submission for the first Dominance War IV Mini Challenge.
The idea is to take one of the three supplied base meshes (I chose Bobo the Seal's mesh), and create a war general with it, without modifying the original mesh (can only sculpt, make textures, and add 500 triangles worth of extra accessories.)
Specs are : ~1000 triangles, 1024x1024 Colour/Normal/Specular/Gloss/Reflection maps, plus a cubemap for the metalic reflections, final renders done in Xnormal.
